Job Profile Title: | Engineer HVAC (Union) | Job Code: | 15685-4 | Profile Title: | 15685-4 Engineer HVAC (Union) | Grade / Band: | Union - Hourly | FLSA Status: | Non-Exempt | It is the primary responsibility of the HVAC Engineer to repair, maintain, and install all air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems throughout the complex and to assist in the daily operations and activities which they have been assigned. To provide administrative and technical support as directed by department management. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Maintain and repair all equipment related to the successful operation of assigned function. This may include but not limited to repairing, maintaining, and installing all air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems, air handlers, exhaust, supply fans and their appurtenant equipment throughout the complex. | Responsible for maintaining accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email, and other forms of communication. | Complete work orders with superior craftmanship and cleanliness. | Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs. | Perform other job-related duties as requested. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Able to work from blueprints and schematics, and interpret manufactures guidelines for the operation and maintenance of theme park and related equipment. | General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, money handling. | Knowledgeable of hand power tools. | Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms. | Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts. | Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards. | Ability to understand and comply with all company safety policies and their requirements. This includes attendance at training meetings as scheduled. | Ability to effectively communicate by way of 2-way radio or pager system. | Ability to maintain confidentiality. | Familiarity with local, state and federal codes. |
