It is the primary responsibility of the Model Cocktail Server to expedite guests' drink orders and provide beverage and bus service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests
Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station
Perform on-stage in comedy act, photo-shoots and other marketing events for purpose of developing and marketing the brand, attend activities outside of venue
Actively use social media to engage the guest in an immersive and interactive experience
Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures
Focus on the development of a personal clientele list
Maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes in accordance with established standard
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
Assist management with training and mentoring new employees as requested

Two (2) years’ experience as a cocktail server in a similar high-volume bar or nightclub	Preferred
Modeling experience	Preferred
Experience working in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue	Preferred
Food and beverage/cocktail service experience	Preferred
Experience using social media platforms	Preferred
Bilingual, with English as a primary or secondary language	Preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
KSAs
Knowledgeable of beverages on menu, including characteristics of wine and champagne by the glass, major wines, liquor brands, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, terminology, and garnishes
Able to wear designer clothing with flair and techniques associated with modeling industry requirements
Posture, gestures, movement and walking should reflect the innovative fashion industry aesthetics
Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
Knowledgeable of computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
