Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Engages the public at various assigned locations throughout the aquarium, educating about the various species, habitats, and promotes Shark Reef's conservation mission, goals, and objectives, and creates a positive guest experience for all. | Maintains both public and animal safety by monitoring visitor behavior, correcting where necessary, advising supervisor and/or animal care of abnormal situations. | Resolve guest inquiries within the scope of authority. | Supports temporary or permanent secondary attractions through interpretation or maintaining guest experience based on exhibit-specific needs. | Supports Shark Reef Educators with field trips, classroom sessions, educational outreach, and special event days assisting with large groups of visitors of all ages. |
