Job Profile Title: | Poker Brush Person I TI | Job Code: | 16008 | Profile Title: | 16008 Poker Brush Person I TI | Grade / Band: | 01 | FLSA Status: | Non-Exempt | It is the responsibility of the Poker Room Brush / Host to greet and seat guests as they enter the poker room, run the players list for all games, and start and maintain poker games. The Poker Room Brush may also assist dealers and staff in maintaining tables to ensure efficient operations. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Responsible for the placement of guests into games | Develop customer relations and facilitate usage of the MGM rewards card | Explain rules and answer questions for guests | Open games in accordance to the supervisor’s instructions | Get players checks and maintain poker table banks to ensure efficient operation | Responsible for tracking players by using computer tracking system | Evaluate play for complimentary purposes | Elevate and enhance guest experience in the poker room |
