Job Profile Title: | Rep Gallery | Job Code: | 16039 | Profile Title: | 16039 Rep Gallery | Grade / Band: | 03 | FLSA Status: | Non-Exempt | It is the primary responsibility of the Gallery of Fine Art Representative to facilitate ticket sales, will call, retail services, and provide Gallery information pertaining to the Gallery of Fine Art. Additional duties include and are not exclusive to guest service, ability to provide information about properties, events, cash handling, and service recovery, while providing the highest level of customer service. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Assist guest with ticket and membership sales, and properly operate ticketing system for transactions | Assist guest with gift shop merchandise, and properly operate retail system for transactions | Explain and enforce all gallery rules to visitors as well as orientate visitors to gallery exhibitions and interactive elements | Reconcile cash and charges from ticket sales and merchandise sales daily | Open or close Gallery Ticket Office | Collect guest information for gallery mailing lists | Under the direction of Gallery Manager, assist with will-call tickets, third party wholesalers, and phone sales | Participate in efforts to achieve membership and revenue goals as set by management | Under direction of Gallery Manager, engage guests with informative and professional tours of the gallery’s current exhibition and conduct school group tours of exhibition |
