The primary responsibility of the Rep Special Events is to assist with slot tournaments, table tournaments, and VIP ticketing. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental property policies, practices and procedures.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the Slot Marketing Department with the execution of slot tournaments

Assist the Casino Special Events Department with the execution of table game tournaments and casino-wide events, including Super Bowl, New Year’s Eve, VIP ticketed events, etc.

Complete special projects as requested by management

Knowledge of appropriate money handling practices and ability to process credit card transactions

Ability to compute mathematical calculations when balancing revenue sources, i.e., cash, credit card, check, etc.

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

Ability to communicate effectively, concisely and logically in a timely manner and at an appropriate level, while maintaining confidentiality

Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
