This position reports directly to the Guest Services Supervisor. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Arena Management policies, practices, and procedures. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Greets guests with a smile as they enter the venue. | Maintains pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with clients, guests, team members, and partners at all times. | Responsible for protecting the integrity of the arena by ensuring all guests have proper tickets or credentials. | Provides accurate directions to the various club, concourse, suite, special hospitality locations, and all premium areas of the building. | Maintains a positive working relationship with all building partners to ensure the needs of our guests are met. | Partners with Security to ensure that all suites are empty of guests and lost items at the conclusion of every event. | Responsible for safely transporting guests who request wheelchair escort services from one location to another and properly using escort tracking sheets, wheelchair logs, and safety waivers. | Operates elevators in a safe manner and ensure that only guests with proper tickets are allowed access to particular levels. | Completes all assigned tasks within the guidelines & deadlines set by Guest Services Manager and Supervisors. | Maintains a fun, friendly, and safe environment in assigned sections. | Effectively and calmly interacts with irritated or emotional guests and employees. | Perform other job-related duties as requested |
