Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Greet all VIP guests and attend to immediate needs; explain facilities, services, and amenities available | Communicate and coordinate with casino and hotel team members, VIP Services, Relationship Marketing and Casino Hosts as to the special needs of our VIP guests | Knowledgeable with cigar and wine service selections | Complete food and beverage service orders to include but not limited to, snacks, hors d’oeuvres, buffets, wine, beer and spirits | Clear dirty items such as plates, glassware, silver or ashtrays from tables as needed | Provide table maintenance to include but not limited to china, glass, silverware and ashtrays as needed | Maintain adequate par stock of food items such as hors d’oeuvres, snacks, etc. available in the VIP Lounge; respond to guests’ requests of specialty food items and coordinate through the appropriate culinary personnel |
