You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Supervise the set-up and tear down of conventions, meetings and banquets in the Conference Center, Arena, Studio Rooms, Hotel, and Pools | Maintain rapport with clients and Convention Services Managers to ensure client satisfaction | Attend pre-conference meetings on upcoming functions | Inventory equipment and supplies in order to maintain proper par stocks levels | Inform employees of management policies and ensures compliance | Handle employee and guest complaints with the intent of resolving situations to the satisfaction of all parties | Perform other job-related duties as requested |
