Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc. | Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations | Perform administrative duties related to event productions | Work along Conversion Tech II staff on all other conversion related duties |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Able to maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while working under pressure | Experience in computerized/automated time clock software | Knowledgeable of staging and production and Ice equipment | Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms | Ability to work under pressure | Ability to read and write proficiently to evaluate reports, correspondence and statistical information | Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment | Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine | Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts | Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards |
