It is the primary responsibility of the Tech Facilities Lead to ensure all work scheduled is assigned and completed.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff with assignments, complete and close-out work orders, walk daily route, report and supervise necessary repairs

Recognize equipment that needs repairs, adjustments, or replacement, maintain equipment and logbooks

Ensure all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat and orderly at all times

Keep informed and updated on current techniques and technical methods

Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

KSAs

Able to operate a skyjack, forklift, scissor lift, or other heavy equipment

Knowledgeable of repair and preventative maintenance of facilities equipment

General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

Able to lead and mentor a team

Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
