As a Mini Bar Technician, you will be responsible for the use and maintenance of hotel property and equipment. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies used to complete repair of machines; order necessary supplies, parts, or tools to complete repair of machines
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
Ensure Hotel property and equipment is properly used and maintained
Inspect, clean, evaluate, and repair all mini-bars, vending, and arcade machines in accordance with department policies and procedures
Liaison and maintain a working relationship between manufacturer, service providers, and department
Perform all maintenance on mechanical and electronic tools as needed
Ensure all mini-bars, vending, and arcade machines are in proper working order
Fill out Technician daily log
Maintain communication and contact with management to inform of concerns, issues, and non-operable mini bars, vending and arcade machines

Required for All Jobs
Performs other job-related duties as requested
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Work Experience

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
Ability to to make sound decisions immediately without supervision
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
