Is part of a courteous, professional, and engaging team that performs predictive maintenance and reactive repairs, including installation work on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment and systems within the plant and building. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Recognize required needs, repairs, adjustments, or replacement of equipment, perform routine to complex maintenance and repair work on all mechanical and electrical equipment and systems throughout the property, responsible for completion of all jobs assigned by Dispatch or Management, and maintain logbook | Operate power and hand tools to complete job assignments in a timely manner, able to use diagnostic tools, such as but not limited to: Amp Meters, Voltmeters, OHM meters, compound gauges and pressure gauges etc. to find and determine source of power and gas issues using voltmeter or gauges | Work under minimal supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner | Read and understand blue prints and wiring schematics to install and work on electrical components, understand the layout of the property, hotel rooms, and equipment | Keep informed and updated on current techniques and technical methods and advise Shift Supervisor of any unusual conditions within the property | Maintain a constant awareness of personal and property cleanliness, safety and accident prevention, able to wear/use personal protective equipment (p.p.e.) |
