The areas that this position will be responsible for will include valet parking, bag drop, cart staging area, cart wash and storage area, practice facilities, locker room, club storage area, and other areas around the facility. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Provide exceptional arrival and departure experience, inlcuding valet parking, recording of guest details, tee-off times and assisting guests with information about the golf course, practice facility, and directions. | Resonsible for the open, close and set up of cart storage, practice facility, and other work areas. Clean and store clubs, load/unload from vehicles, and maintain the golf cart fleet (cleaning, rotation, and maintenance). Ensures effective radio communication with team members and management. | Check in/out rental clubs and inform the Golf Shop of assignments. Monitor rental club inventory, speed of play, and VIP guest confidentiality. Greet guests at the driving range and provide professional, friendly experience. | Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, both visible and behind the scenes. Support management with inventory tracking for golf/locker room supplies and ensure locker room cleanliness and amenities. Perform closing walkthroughs, ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety policies. | Provide information on course history, tournaments, and notable players, and perform course maintenance (divots, ball marks, bunkers, etc.). Read greens with greens map, keep clubs clean and accounted for, confirm yardages with laser. |
