Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Practice teamwork and support fellow team members to create an energized, positive work atmosphere | Complies with all departmental and Company policies | Maintains a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct free of any questionable association | Practice excellent grooming and uniform standards | Creates and ensures a fresh, positive and exciting environment where sanitation, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount. | Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount | Provides fast, fun, friendly, fresh, and focused service to our guests, while demonstrating leadership and teamwork to bar porters and beverage servers | Prepares ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients | Responsible to comply with and enforce alcohol awareness laws and procedures at all times | Makes a variety of beverages, adheres to recipes |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Ability to work in a fast-paced environment | Ability to effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management | Must be able to wear and appear to be comfortable in the assigned uniform provided by the Borgata, without restrictions | Understands specified measured pouring portions with appropriate garnish, accurate pricing, use of proper glassware when making drinks and proper wine service | Possesses a thorough knowledge of mixology and drink recipes | Knowledge of operation and cleaning of various equipment including but not limited to frozen beverage machine, dishwasher, ice machine, pouring gun, and another related beverage equipment | Ability to handle all types of guest related situations | Adheres to established procedures, departmental guidelines and policies at all times, including but not limited to guest service, cashiering, portion control, sanitation and organization | Maintains established company and departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times | Maintains a clean and organized bar at all times. Side work, cleaning, and stocking duties must be completed as assigned and also completed in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner |
