Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Guide guest in all phases of their experience at the Banquet event | Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas | Knowledgeable of service requirements for assigned function such as: pre-function side work, detailed menu selections, major ingredients, appearance, texture, quality standards, garnish and method of presentation, proper food and beverage service | Greet guest as they arrive and assist them with seating at tables | Set up, monitor, refresh and breakdown coffee break, reception and buffet tables for specified functions according to group requirements | Follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by the Banquet Management Team | Anticipate the guest needs and respond promptly |
