As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for setting the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Guide guest in all phases of their experience at the Banquet event

Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas

Knowledgeable of service requirements for assigned function such as: pre-function side work, detailed menu selections, major ingredients, appearance, texture, quality standards, garnish and method of presentation, proper food and beverage service

Greet guest as they arrive and assist them with seating at tables

Set up, monitor, refresh and breakdown coffee break, reception and buffet tables for specified functions according to group requirements

Follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by the Banquet Management Team

Anticipate the guest needs and respond promptly
