The Poker Floor Supervisor is the primary point of contact between guests and all poker services. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Act as a front-line ambassador, greeting guests while maintaining table waiting list | Seat players in games and making rulings in games following proper departmental protocol | Utilize all aspects of the Bravo Poker software | Stay informed about all Poker Division activities and events | Input all player information into the database system and issue MLife cards | Work with tournament registration |
