Supervise Banquet Beverage personnel to maintain the high standards of the company. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Schedule all regular employees and part time employees in relation to staffing levels as business dictates. | Work closely with Catering, Banquet Service and Banquet Stewarding department to assure efficient execution of Banquet functions. | Maintain quality standards in preparation and service of all beverage services. | Responsible for conducting monthly inventories, maintaining established pars and ordering necessary items. | Set and maintain company and departmental standards as well as state and local health & safety standards. | Maintain accessibility and availability to departmental employees. | Responsible for commending and disciplining employees. | Maintain accurate paperwork for payroll, records, employment, etc. | Control labor and product cost. | Attend daily BEO meeting. | Communicate to employees’ policies, procedures, standards and expectations. | Supervise and direct bartenders during set-up, service and breakdown. |
