Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Assist the manager with daily operations, supervise F&B cashiers, and provide oversight and support to other F&B POS users, ensure revenue is accounted for accurately | Train cashiers on resort and departmental policies and procedures, as well as operation of the resort’s POS | Supervise F&B Cashiers including counseling and disciplinary action that may be necessary in accordance with company policy; document and resolve all incidents related to cash handling and POS; report and escalate issues, as needed, to the F&B Cashier Manager | Monitor, investigate and resolve over/short variances; collaborate with restaurant/outlet managers to obtain and document over/short variance explanations | Review/audit cashier paperwork, notify management of anomalies and prevalent issues | Write and communicate new rules and procedures to the F&B cashiers | Ensure department and outlets have required supplies and submit orders to replenish inventories | Ensure all POS related equipment is in proper working order, troubleshoot Infogenesis problems and ensure terminals and workstations are kept clean at all times |
