Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Assist the manager in implementation and enforcement of procedures, time and attendance administration, attend pre convention meetings, and assist in counseling / commendation issuance | Perform shipping and receiving operations for all in-house guests and convention delegates | Process and document all stored inventory of courier and drop-off parcels | Provide guest assistance in the processing and reviewing of all shipping and receiving materials | Ensure department inventory security and accuracy when releasing packages or facilitating delivery of packages | Perform the counter service functions of sending and receiving faxes, photocopying, computer workstation rentals, laptop and workstation printing | Assist guests with workstation personal computer functions, including Internet usage; process rental requests for computer, copier and wireless equipment | Provide departmental communication for all in-house business activities as well as locations for in-house or city-wide conventions |
