As a Spa/Salon Supervisor, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
Oversee daily operations within the spa and/or salon environment ensuring guest and employee satisfaction by providing services, products, and experiences of the highest caliber
Ensure timely and professional resolution of any guest related challenges and/or concerns, communicate and implement company policies and objectives to employees, and maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities
Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
