You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Support the Manager in maintaining all shows or events inventory | Provide knowledgeable answers to guest questions; provide detailed information regarding the property amenities and local area | Maintain internal and external show information and outside property sales in the ticketing system; update information on all tours, shows and other event sales | Develop new and analyze existing procedures and special promotions that will improve guest patronage | Generate daily reports on all events for senior leadership, management and promoters | Manage the guest queue system assembling or disassembling queues and stanchions as needed | Supervise Human Resources responsibilities for assigned department(s), create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment | Develop and mentor hourly employees to ensure departmental standards and goals are understood and met | Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft |
