Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), coordinator and contact for all properties. In addition, the LMS Learning Consultant will deliver LMS training programs to develop the LMS training skills of all administrators. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts policies, practices, and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Solicit, analyze feedback, and make recommendations to increase effectiveness of LMS training through focus groups, class evaluations, and other methodologies. | Manage the administration, production, and maintenance of LMS system. | Act as the Learning Management System (LMS) subject matter expert (SME) and contact for all properties. | Provide Learning Management System training and support to users of the system and to administrators/learning managers of the system. | Assists learners and leaders with requests and inquiries submitted in the NeoCase Management System regarding LMS needs | Research, troubleshoot, and resolve LMS functionality and technical issues, escalating issues to the appropriate groups as needed. | Create, manage, and maintain online courses in the LMS; required to upload courses, assessments and other material to Workday Learning. | Create interactive learning deliverables specifically for the LMS. | Write and maintain technical procedures and policy documentation and distribute as needed. | Generate and prepare reports for course attendance, enrollment, and completion, and administer completion certificates. | Engage in self-directed work on a daily basis; set timetables for project completion, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision. | Regularly update own skills through ongoing training and formal education |
