Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Provides leadership in the development and monitoring of fiscal budgets, department operations, and operating strategies to produce both short-term and long-term profitability for the company. | Provides leadership and direction in the development, execution and measurement of guest service standards to include the management of all technical trade classifications (Engineers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Laborers, Maintenance Warehouse, Gardeners, Drivers, Facilities Safety Systems Operators, etc.) consistent with the company's core service standards and brand attributes. | Develops and implements standard operating procedures for operational functions of the facility with a specific focus on the efficiency and safety of operations. | Conducts ongoing reviews of operation budgeting and staffing plans; recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating arena personnel and service providers. | Manages purchasing and inventory control systems as it relates to consumable items, tools and equipment. | Ensures the physical plant meets all city/state/federal codes and safety standards. | Provides management guidance and technical direction in the resolution of problems associated with maintenance, facilities and landscaping issues. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management, promoters, suppliers, guests and visitors. | In-depth knowledge of all disciplines within property operations to include all technical trades (Engineers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Laborers, Maintenance Warehouse, Gardeners, Drivers, etc.). | Ability to build strong working relationships with local fire and police departments and other government entities. | Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. | Ability to work a demanding schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, double shifts. | Excellent verbal, written and public relations skills. | Knowledge of the functions, operations, and equipment of a multi-purpose entertainment complex. | Knowledge of facilities maintenance including operations, PM’s and repairs. | Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms. | Excellent customer service skills. |
