Job Profile Title: | Mgr Security | Job Code: | 19216-1 | Profile Title: | 19216-1 Manager Security Administration | Grade / Band: | L1 | FLSA Status: | Exempt | The Manager of Security Administration is responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient operation of their assigned property, venue, and/or security team to maximize the safety of employees and guests. They will oversee personnel, processes, and procedures for their assigned property lost and found function and other administrative responsibilities that are the responsibility of the Security department. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Develops and manages Lost and Found and support staff team members during day‐to‐day operations and activations to include creating schedules, work assignments, payroll, PTO, training and evaluating clerks, and administering progressive discipline. Create a work environment that uses recognition and performance feedback to promote teamwork and mutual respect. | Manage day‐to‐day administrative transactions related to HR activities for the Security Operations division including position requests, job postings, hiring, terminations, onboarding, payroll, PTO, training and evaluations, and progressive discipline. | Execute ordering needs for Security Operations division and manages purchase orders, invoicing, and other purchasing related processes and audits and reconciles purchases against the division expense reports. | Manages department files and documentation coordinating storage of documents in accordance with department and company policies and procedures and all applicable document retention regulations. | Understand and promote compliance with MGMRI policies, and federal, state, and local laws and effectively communicate policy and procedure changes to security operation teams to maintain compliance. Give suggestions and recommendations, as appropriate, for improvements to policies and procedures. | Execute department strategic goals and operational tactics to deliver excellent safety service using feedback and data with a proactive approach to ensure a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction throughout the property or venue is achieved and maintained. | Partners with security operations leadership to provide logistical support for assigned team member compliance trainings and certifications, systems trainings, and applicable standard operating procedure and service standard trainings. |
