Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Direct the implementation and manage regulatory and Safety Compliance & Training Programs, evaluates training effectiveness, tracks training compliance, and ensure all employees receive required safety training | Review appropriate testing and maintenance of all fire safety equipment including fire extinguishers. | Serve as liaison to Center of Excellence, regulatory agencies and other third parties relative to safety programs. | Administer property safety committee meetings per regulatory guidelines | Administers property observations to identify property occupational safety and health hazards, ensures property compliance of all safety violations, and work closely with OSHA and Fire Department on safety inspections of the property. | Applies Incident Command Structure when dealing with emergences | Enforces all policies, fire and safety related codes, and applicable State, County, Federal laws and regulations. | Performs other job duties as necessary |
