The Director Marketing Analytics will lead an analytical team that provides actionable insights and recommendations to maximize offer/campaign profitability, share of wallet, customer retention and loyalty, and revenue opportunities to drive business performance.  This Corporate (Enterprise Analytics) position will manage a team and will also be expected to contribute individually.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Partner with marketing teams to offer strategic insights, review and translate findings, make actionable recommendations and provide insight into how to improve our allocation of marketing dollars while prioritizing critical projects. Partner with Marketing COE Strategy leadership on A/B testing strategy, implementation, measurement and reporting

Develop/train team. Provide guidance to team of analysts on the creation of event proformas, post-analysis, promotions, shows, analysis of customer segments and marketing review presentation materials. Coordinate using the required tools and terminology to establish EA best practices on analysis and recommendations. Review findings before presentation to business partners

Create the analytical roadmap for development/monitoring of KPIs designed to maximize marketing efficiency. Identify business requirements and collaborate with Enterprise Reporting and external partners in pass-off requirements for execution and BI/IT development. Develop analytic capabilities to enhance marketing analysis toolset

Balance new insight against current projects and continually seek innovation through ongoing networking and research efforts.

Visits properties regularly and participates in strategy meetings. Leads monthly and ad-hoc marketing reviews with property and marketing teams
