All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts policies, practices, and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Oversee the departments of: Financial Analysis & Budgets, Casino Accounting, Warehouse & Receiving, Uniform Control, and Office Services. | Responsible for maintaining, updating and running financial/operational business models to assist senior management as necessary. | Participate in the evaluation and execution of capital projects, to include presenting to MGM Capital Committee | Assist senior management in developing operating budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses | Help oversee the Company’s compliance with its various regulators/governmental agencies | Provide market research to support operating or capital investments | Collaborate with the Corporate Finance team to finalize projects | Direct Human Resources responsibilities to include: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment | Interface with investors and outside analysts as necessary | Develop internal and presentation materials |
