Job Profile Title: | Campaign Sr Analyst | Job Code: | 19386 | Profile Title: | 19386 Campaign Sr Analyst | Grade / Band: | IC3 | FLSA Status: | Exempt | The Manager Campaign Operations is responsible for set up on-property activations for marketing campaigns and communicate all property direct marketing needs to the CoE for fulfillment. This position will support the initiatives of the property by partnering with the Direct Marketing CoE to ensure all property direct marketing campaigns are deployed and set up according to the property marketing strategy. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International policies, practices, and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Initialize all direct marketing campaigns on time with the Direct Marketing CoE using the campaign request forms. | Product owner for the Atrient kiosk platform, including promotion setup, testing, and troubleshooting. | Builds coupons, adjustments, and promotions in Patron Management for on-property activations. | Reviews and approve campaign status reports to ensure all property campaigns are accounted for and are on schedule. | Communicates project status, timelines, and delivery information to clients and internal teams; attends status meetings as assigned. | Reviews campaign exposure reports produced by the Direct Marketing CoE to ensure offers are created according to the campaign request forms. | Assists with regional property promotional planning and implementation as needed. | Interfaces with internal departments, clients, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues to accomplish departmental objectives | Collaborates and provides support to internal and external partners to maximize departmental efficiency and effectiveness. | Maintains a working knowledge of changing data access techniques and methodologies, including any required query languages, computer systems, and applications for database marketing. | Collaborates with IT to troubleshoot issues with vendors (e.g., Atrient, Patron Management, etc.). | Complies with all regulatory requirements. | Maintains confidentiality of all MGM trade secrets and proprietary information, including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans, and other confidential information. |
