The Director of Marketing Activation is responsible for leading the execution of property-level marketing strategy. This role translates property business priorities into integrated marketing initiatives, ensures brand alignment at the property level, and drives on site accountability for campaign execution and performance. The Director partners closely with property leadership and the corporate marketing team to deliver cohesive storytelling, measurable business impact, and disciplined execution.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the activation and execution of enterprise and property-level marketing strategies, ensuring alignment to business objectives, revenue targets, and guest experience priorities

Lead and develop a team focused on high-quality execution, accountability, and delivery against defined strategies

Serve as the on-property owner of marketing execution, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and to standard

Operationalize marketing strategy at the property level, translating direction into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables

Translate business needs into clear creative briefs and partner with Creative Services to execute campaigns that reflect brand standards and property storytelling

Provide on-site accountability for campaign delivery, ensuring flawless execution across channels and touchpoints

Review and approve guest-facing communications to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand and campaign strategy

Monitor marketing performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve execution and results (not redefine strategy)

Drive prioritization and resource alignment to support effective execution of campaigns and initiatives

Uphold enterprise marketing processes, tools, and governance while ensuring consistent execution at the property level

Partner with property leadership to align execution priorities to business needs, ensuring marketing supports operational and revenue goals (note: aligned, not defining strategy)

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, revenue, and functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
