Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Develop engaging concepts and solutions based on objectives set through creative briefs across multichannel mediums for campaigns and branding to include, but not limited to, print, video, radio, digital and social. Identify ways to implement marketing trends and innovative solutions into the creative thought process. | Write copy for print, outdoor, collateral, direct mail, ad hoc projects and other mediums. | Lead and/or be a valued participant in creative briefings and brainstorming sessions with multiple teams across disciplines | Mentor and coach through collaborative creative thinking and writing which inspires design and builds cohesive teams. Provide guidance to ensure all communications materials are consistent with the brand platforms. | Drive consumer preferences by creating innovative copy to evolve differentiated key messages across all channels for different target audiences and featured properties. | Conduct research and develop a strategic foundation for original names, brands, and enterprise creative developments | Lead proofreading for content, grammar, readability, typographical errors, and brand accuracy |
