It is the primary responsibility of the Marketing Partner to manage and execute marketing campaigns and creative requests through completion while driving communication and timelines. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Implements direct marketing and property specific campaigns through direct mail, email and other channels.

Advise marketers on campaign management functionality and marketing best practices.

Ensures marketing business requirements and needs are supported with appropriate tools, data, application functionality, or other resources as required.

Gathers business requirements for enhanced system functionality and effectively communicates the requirements to business partners.

Supports property marketing initiatives.

Manages and monitors the customer lifecycle including defining segmentation and communication strategies to increase customer engagement and interaction.

Develops and maintains a strong and productive relationship with corporate, property, information technology and vendor contacts.

Lead development and execution of all cross-property marketing campaigns (including transient targeted occupancy campaigns).

Responds effectively to internal and external guest inquiries and resolves complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to senior leadership.

Notifies supervisor, senior management and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.

Manages day-to-day operation of the Responsible Gaming Program.

Manage and provide day to day oversight of future team members, interns or MAP program associates assigned to the department.  Actively manage their scope of work and development.

Partner with Director to develop campaign and marketing plans.

Manage projects while ensuring they are produced on time and on budget; drive effective, efficient and correct flow of communication to ensure the task is achieved.

Complete Campaign Request Forms while driving a culture of teamwork, integrity, excellence and inclusion

Stay current on key marketing trends, best practices and destination or economic research (LVCVA data, ANA information and relevant industry trends).

Strong project management skills, including the ability to multi-task large-scale marketing initiatives.

Competent user of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Access and Power Point and Microsoft Project.

Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.

Professional appearance and demeanor with a high degree of interpersonal skills.

Strong organization skills and is detail-oriented.

Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Ability to influence, use sound judgment, superior interpersonal decision making and problem-solving skills to positively impact the delivery of Marketing strategies and initiatives within MGM Resorts International.
