As a subject matter expert for assigned categories, the Senior Sourcing Manager ensures strong alignment between business stakeholders and suppliers to deliver value, innovation, and compliance. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Execute strategic sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier innovation for assigned categories. | Lead sourcing projects including RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management. | Partner with business unit leaders to balance enterprise-wide sourcing benefits with operational needs. | Identify opportunities for consolidation, standardization, and process improvement. | Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to drive collaboration, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. | Act as a liaison between business units and suppliers, ensuring expectations are aligned and outcomes delivered. | Facilitate communication and conflict resolution among stakeholders to promote sourcing excellence. | Enhance sourcing tools, templates, and reporting to improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance. | Ensure sourcing processes adhere to corporate policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices. | Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to support sourcing decisions and measure performance. |
