Job Profile Title: | VP Hospitality | Job Code: | 19497 | Profile Title: | 19497 VP Hospitality | Grade / Band: | L5 | FLSA Status: | Exempt | The Vice President of Hospitality is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and integration of all directives developed through the Hotel and F&B Strategy CoEs for the assigned property Hotel and F&B Divisions. In Collaboration with the CoEs, will execute on the strategic direction of the Hotel and F&B functions, encompassing Front Office, Front Services, VIP Services, Group Reservations & Services, Spa & Salon, Housekeeping, EVS, Pool, all F&B areas, and if applicable VIP Services. Accountable for the oversight and leadership of all staffing, Guest Service Initiatives and Employee Engagement, and ownership of all profitability of Hotel and F&B Divisions. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | In collaboration with the Hotel Strategy and F&B CoEs, responsible for implementing strategic Initiatives provided by the CoEs to ensure execution and sustainability at their property | Owns execution for implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules and regulations for all hotel and F&B staff to ensure full compliance | Drives employee engagement for the hotel and F&B divisions utilizing the tools provided and through coaching, training, and development | Provides leadership and direction to maintain and improve the guest experience within the Hotel and F&B divisions, consistent with the company’s service standards | Utilizes resources provided by CoE’s to drive financial success to include managing sales, driving profits, managing labor, and controlling expenses |
