They will provide leadership to the property slot teams with regard to decisions impacting slot performance across the enterprise. This role is the key point of contact between the Slot Strategy COE and the property teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues and address concerns. They are responsible for ensuring that all slot processes are effective, efficient, and continue to be optimized. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Support Slot Strategy responsibilities to identify, develop, socialize, and implement recognized pricing, machine mix and floor layout best practices at each property and in the Slot industry. Collaborate with other slot leaders to make changes to optimize profitability across the company through guest service standards, labor efficiencies, slot pricing, and operational best practices. Work directly with the slot analytics team to provide tracking, reporting, and monitoring of initiatives to properties. | Coordinate processes between Slot Strategy and property slot leadership to introduced new machines/themes, implement business efficiency technology, optimize machine mix and floor layout, implement slot pricing standards, and monitor labor costs. | Collaborate with other gaming departments and property leadership implement slot portfolio/mix initiatives. Make recommendations to the Vice President, Slot Strategy with regard to new products, services, technology and processes to ensure the Company's competitive advantage. Communicate with key stakeholders to provide input and create buy-in. | Ensure effective operations, communication, and execution of effective strategies; provide support to property slot technology teams, slot management, slot guest experience representatives and other appropriate property personnel. | Maintain relationships with slot technology managers, provide support for optimization initiatives, assist to identify emergent needs, and execute on approved opportunities to maximize value. |
