This role leverages Workday expertise to create/administer reports and analytical tools (e.g. Drive, Prism) that help tell the story for enterprise-wide people initiatives. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Supports HR Analytics by providing a variety of recurring and ad-hoc reporting/analytical requests; user acceptance testing, and data preparation/validation are core responsibilities | Leads projects such as Total Reward Statement, SASB Investor Relations survey, mergers & acquisitions, and Workday semi-annual releases | Leverage automation expertise (e.g. Alteryx) to create/run practical solutions that pull data in various formats from multiple systems, and aggregate, analyze, and distribute | Approaches tasks with continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking out new opportunities to maximize impact (e.g. Copilot agents, Power Automate) | Strives to consistently exceed client expectations, collaborating to understand their requests, documenting requirements, and delivering results on time and within quality expectations | Effectively interact with internal partners and vendors to execute secure, accurate, and efficient electronic exchange of information; troubleshoots issues and provides resolution | Ensure HR Analytics is aligned with HCMS/Workday reporting & analytics data governance requirements | Analyzes issues independently, challenges assumptions, applies analytical rigor and critical thinking to make elevated decisions that create action | Maintains a solid understanding of the Company’s goals and activities |
