Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Supervise the daily operation to ensure efficiency and accept full responsibility for the department in the absence of the Chef Concierge | Provide input into and executes the development, implementation, and measurement of guest service standards consistent with the Company’s Standards and brand attributes | Review received guest surveys, social media reviews and address possible departmental/service opportunities for improvement | Keep the Chef Concierge informed on all pertinent information related to the department and report irregularities and problems as they occur, and document situations as they occur | Enforce departmental audit program and evaluate quality assurance, ensuring all team members are consistently delivering superior service | Contribute to the research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new products, services, technology, and processes to ensure a competitive position in anticipation of changing guest’s needs within the dynamic hospitality and gaming environment | Oversight of department's training procedures; monitoring completion of assigned mandatory training, updating training policies, procedures, and departmental practices as necessary, and conducting New Hire Training program and probationary reviews | Participate in departmental functions including short and long‐term planning, accounting, payroll, employee relations, recognition, licensing, and day‐to‐day operations |
