Works in conjunction with Marketing Executives and on property personnel to assist and provide service to the premium customers. |
Evaluates customers’ casino activity by reviewing play detail and M-Life rating system to assist in determining complementary (room, food, beverage and other) levels based upon company policy. |
Recommends credit and assists in collection. |
Assists in resolving customer disputes and complaints. |
Assists in creating special events and attends functions when appropriate. |
Ensures the company policy to protect company records and abide by the confidentiality code is observed by all departmental employees. |
