Job Profile Title: | Sr Mgr Casino Marketing | Job Code: | 19854 | Profile Title: | 19854 Sr Mgr Casino Marketing | Grade / Band: | L2 | FLSA Status: | Exempt | It is the primary responsibility of the Senior Manager of Casino Marketing to oversee and manage the daily operations of the Casino Marketing team and effectively market, evaluate, establish and maintain a professional relationship with high-end guests. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Oversee daily operations of Casino Marketing team by providing leadership and management to Customer Development Team through regular recognition, coaching and feedback to enhance their performance. | Partner with Marketing, Advertising and Special Events teams for all VIP Marketing needs. | Review and analyze data for trends and opportunities to increase operational efficiencies and enhance guest experience. | Respond to guest correspondence and/or guest concerns in a professional and timely manner, achieving positive guest/problem resolution. | Develop and maintain policies and procedures that increase efficiency and promote quality and quantity standards to ensure maximum resort experience for all guests, while maintaining profitability. | Maintain an effective training program that enhances technical and service driven curriculum for department. | Identify and overcome obstacles, resolve problems and remove roadblocks to enhance the employee and guest experience. | Maintain a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, leadership development, mutual respect and employee engagement. |
