This role will respond and proactively identify needs and issues, develop recommendations, and manage the implementation of solutions with property operating teams to enhance the delivery of programs and improve the guest experience. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Strategize with management to meet all department, property and corporate goals and financial initiatives through the analysis of KPIs | Analyze data and make necessary adjustments to current strategy to improve guest experience through research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new programs, services, products, and technology to maintain competitive position in the market | Develops and implements programs to increase and improve employee engagement and guest service and aligns with all property and company goals | Create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s commitment to engagement, purpose, and respect | Regularly reviews and updates departmental policies and procedures to ensure practices are relevant and up to date |
