The primary responsibility of the Shift Manager Slots is to provide leadership in all aspects of Slot Operations a during their assigned shift. The Shift Manager Slots will oversee day‐to‐day operations with specialized attention to employee engagement, exceptional guest experiences, protection of company assets, and ensuring all staff members meet or exceed the expectations of our guests and the Company. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Use strategies to engage employees and other leaders, foster a positive work environment, gather and resolve employee issues, and retain top performers

Maintain ongoing communication with employees and other leaders by sharing information, listening to feedback, and being a role‐model S.H.O.W. standards

Effectively develop and mentor assistant managers and other employees to support their career goals and to ensure all departmental standards and goals are understood and met

Deliver a level of guest service which is consistent with the Company’s and property’s core service standards

Engage, entertain and inspire by making a focused commitment to S.H.O.W. and holding assistant managers and employees accountable for doing the same

Manage operational functions of the Slots Department, consistent with the strategies and vision of the department, property and Company

Manage Slot Operations leaders and staff, ensuring compliance with departmental and company policies.

Monitor and ensure departmental and Company guest service requirements and appropriate staffing levels are maintained by analyzing business needs and guest experience data

Provide instruction, training and implementation of service and other company programs to staff

Research and resolve guest and / or employee issues effectively and professionally

Manage, organize, and complete assigned projects with attention to detail within the established deadline

Delegate job duties and tasks to assistant managers and/or employees

Ensure inventory of all company equipment and sensitive keys during shift are maintained and accounted for

Protect the confidentiality of company files and documents under immediate control

Manage human resource responsibilities to include training, issuing discipline and ensure the proper documentation of all actions taken for assigned staff members

Notify senior management of any suspicious or unusual activity and/or transactions in a timely and responsible manner

Coordinate with the Gaming regulatory agancies and vendors when needed
