The job requires an in-depth understanding of competitive environments, multi-channel communications, and best practices in the area of brand development, advertising, direct response and relationship marketing, consumer promotion and business analytics. Thisrole ensures all marketing activities are performed within the reporting business units are done in accordance with the company's strategic business objectives, budget guidelines, mission statement, and service standards. This position serves as a member of the Property Executive Committee and plays a key role in establishing short/long-term vision and goals for the property. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Serve as a key member of the Executive Committee team to support the Property President in the development and execution of the property’s Strategic Marketing plan. | Responsible for the development, monitoring and management of the annual Marketing Budget, P&L and all related Marketing Expenses to ensure successful achievement of department and business financial objectives. | In collaboration and partnership with the Corporate Centers of Excellence (COE), establishes customer segmentation strategy, marketing reinvestment, Test and Learn, Marketing calendar, player events and promotions and other direct marketing programs, Mlife Loyalty program strategy, all aspects of VIP Casino Marketing, Cross Property Marketing and other marketing strategies and initiatives as required. | Partner with the Marketing COE on the development of annual advertising plan including creative strategy, print and broadcast media to ensure alignment with company goals. | Oversee local relationships with media and sponsorship partners and plays lead role in negotiation of local media and sponsorship contracts. | Lead and ensure collaboration and partnership with Marketing Analytics COE to drive a culture of continuous improvement and data and insights driven marketing. | Lead and directs the development, execution and measurement of guestservice standards within reporting operational departments consistent with the company service standards and brand attributes. | Provide leadership to the reporting divisions including creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompassthe company’s diversity commitment. | Collaborate and ensures marketing engagement and support of Business Unit needs including Slots, Table Games, Food and Beverage, Entertainment, Hotel, Convention Sales, Retail and all other Operational units as required. | Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed. | Ensure all reporting business units delivery standard service, aligning with the properties individual brand while supporting the One Company Culture of MGM Resorts International. | Perform other job-related duties asrequested. |

Education and Experience | Bachelor degree or equivalent experience and 6+ years of prior relevant experience |
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Knowledge of casino marketing regulatory standards, compliance, casino credit, markers and regulation Title 31. | Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on leading, engaging, recognizing, developing and mentoring employees. | Executive Presence and effectiveness as a member of the Property Senior Executive Team. | Ability to maintain multiple priorities, handle pressure and clearly establish expectations. | Ability to promptly make decisions, take action and utilize strong project managementskills (successfully plan, outline and execute). | Strong organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints with particular attention to detail and quality of service. | Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external business contacts, represent the company at public functions, and make presentations in formal businesssettings. | Ability to work effectively in a team environment. | Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms. | Working knowledge of applicable statues and regulations | Professional appearance and demeanor. |
