Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Develop and oversee MGM Resorts’ enterprise-wide social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand, business, and marketing goals. | Set the vision for channel architecture, content strategy, and innovation across emerging platforms | Lead, inspire, and grow a team of social strategists, content creators, and community managers | Foster a high-performance culture and implement processes that drive operational excellence. | Partner with brand, media, and creative teams to concept and execute best-in-class social campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion. | Oversee organic and paid social strategies with an integrated media approach. | Establish KPIs to track performance and ROI of social efforts; analyze metrics to refine strategies and inform leadership reporting through development of monthly, campaign and ad-hoc reports. | Leverage listening and sentiment tools to inform messaging, campaigns, and guest engagement strategies. | Guide the enterprise approach to influencer and creator partnerships, ensuring they are brand-aligned, measurable, and scalable. | Collaborate with digital, PR, CRM, brand, and guest experience teams to ensure a consistent customer journey across all touchpoints. |
