Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Clean ash urns, restrooms in assigned areas, and vacuum all halls, lobbies and edges | Clean and dusts lamps, mirrors, pictures, etc. | Maintain cleanliness of all public and residential areas and equipment | Empty all trash and linen from the Villas and areas as needed and take to relevant areas for cleaning, disposal, etc. | Clean all hall railings, stairwells, closet doors, etc. | Mop and clean all marble or tile floors in assigned area | Follow quarterly mattress flipping procedure and other rotation philosophies and procedures as outlined | Deliver supplies to and re-stocks assigned lockers and pantries | Deliver requested items such as refrigerators, pillows, rollways, cribs, etc. to guests’ rooms | Visually survey pool and surrounding area |
